The Happy Eggplant has added Edinburgh to its selection of teas.
All four varieties are black tea and blended at the company factory in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Edinburgh’s master tea blenders produce their products in small batches. This short video shows the process:
They continue to source their line from established tea growing countries of India, Sri Lanka, Kenya and China as well as from emerging tea growing countries such as Indonesia. Only the best tea leaves are chosen and picked from selected plantations.
